Creamy palate where the fat gives way to freshness. Together they accompany the whole tasting. The deductible between the nose and palate is remarkable. A little mineral bitterness at the end of the mouth leave a good memory
Rosé 2020

Grenache
Pastel pink color with purple and salmon reflections. This wine gives off a panoply of scents ranging from violet to small strawberries wood with a hint of vine peach. The palate is lively, thirst-quenching, incredibly stimulating. Notes of wild berries and of fishing offer thanks to the very low pH of the soil, freshness and length well beyond our expectations
Red 2019

Intense garnet color. The aromas range from black cherry, blueberry and chocolate. The balance between freshness and power, characteristic of the Valréas appellation is present throughout the tasting, accompanied by the finesse of the tannins

palate, full-bodied, the tannins present are coated in a volume or power remains moderate and lets the freshness express itself. No trace of oxidation reveals its lack of protection.
