The Vineyard

A family tradition in his 9th generation Romain Bouchard left Burgundy, the land of his ancestors, winemakers since the 17th century, to plant his vineyard and create his cellar in 1965 on the Valréas terroir.
In 2020, Clos Bellane takes over the exploitation of the vineyard.
On the stony slopes, with deep and fresh clays, exposed to the south-east, the vines draw their wealth.
The relative altitude of 350 to 400 meters gives this terroir a balanced acidity and a delicacy of tannins specific to this appellation.
In total 10 Ha are exploited.
